As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, converting leads into sales, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
