Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, converting leads into sales, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to make informed sales pitches.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
